Before following his father's foot steps in professional wrestling, Estudiante Jr. had a background sport in olympic and greco-roman wrestling. He participated in State and National competitions. He was part of the first generation of Mr. Tempest (90s) Professional Wrestling School.

He modified his father's mask design, always respecting its original symbol. The trademark hammer and sickle symbol was moved to the left side of his mask. On the back of the head, he added another feature which is an open book with a letter "E" in the middle which standsfor Estudiante (Student). He is fomenting the youth to study.

In a short period of time he reached the main event matches. He had successfully defended his mask in three "Jaulas de la Muerte" matches. So far he had represented Mexicali, his hometown receiving opponents from the biggest promotions in Mexico and the independent circuit. Opponents at National and International level such as, Psycho Circus, Los Villanos, Averno, Chessman, Bengala, Garza Jr., Niebla Roja, Rey Escorpión, La Sombra, Rush, Los Traumas, Rayman, Rey Horus, Extreme Tiger, Mr. Aguila, Bestia 666, Laredo Kid, and most recently against Hijo del Santo and Santo Jr.

Lucha Libre Elite Run

On November 4, 2016 Estudiante Jr. made his debut in Lucha Libre Elite at Gimnasio Agustin Millan in Toluca, Mexico State. He teamed up with Alas de Plata & Ciclon Ramirez Jr. against Fresero Jr., Eterno & Imposible. Directives said he was the first wrestler whose debut is rewarded with money by the crowd.

This is only the beginning of a prominent career.
