The WCA Central American Regional Title is a professional wrestling championship promoted by WCA Centroamerica.

Current Champion

Alto Voltaje is the current champion. He defeated Vato Loco   on May 15, 2016 in Arena Gladiadores of San Salvador, El Salvador.

History of Championship
