Tournament held on June 4, 2017 by Lucha Libre Unida (LLU) in order to fill the vacant Nuevo Leon Women's Championship. Originally scheduled as a #1 Contender Torneo Cibernetico, then reigning champion La Magnífica didn't appeared to wrestle, and the promotion was forced to put the vacant title on the line in that match. Patty Rey defeated Tsunami in the final of Torneo Cibernetico to regain the championship.
