Event
Masked Mania was held on April 27, 2014 in the 2300 Arena aka the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event was put together by Masked Republic, a Lucha Libre merchandise company in the U.S.A. It was shown on iPPV and later standard PPV. The event is one of the first if not the first Lucha shows ever on iPPV. It was a great way to bring Lucha Libre to the U.S.A on a national level similar to Lucha Libre USA, Lucha Underground & When Worlds Collide. The show featured Mexican wrestlers and American wrestlers that both have worked in Mexico and not in Mexico.
