La Hiedra is the current Champion. She won the vacant title on May 29, 2022 defeating Faby Apache in Laguna Hills, California, United States.

History of the Championship

The title was introduced on May 29, 2022. To determine the inaugural champion there was a match between Faby Apache against La Hiedra.
