This dangerous move is usually when a wrestler picks his opponent up into a wheelbarrow position and then sits out as his opponent tucks in causing extreme damage to the neck.
The move is also called the Storm Cradle Driver. It's Rey Bucanero's Buca Storm and Joe Lider's Lider Storm Driver.
