Wrestling Council Xtreme (WC) is a Reynosa based extreme wrestling promotion that run shows on different venues like bars, gyms, and arenas. Bands perform live between matches, hence the "Hardcore n' Rock" concept. They use local wrestlers like Erik Ortiz and Core, wrestlers from NGX and DTU, well-known veterans like Angel o Demonio and X-Fly, and US indy wrestlers like Necro Butcher.
