Movie filmed in 1972 starring Blue Demon, Mil Mascaras, Rayo de Jalisco, Fantasma Blanco and Avispon Escarlata.
Rat-men kidnap people in a plot to conquer the world, but the a group of heroes led by Blue Demon and Mil Mascaras stop their evil plan.
