According to the bio(it's told from a first-hand P.O.V.), he was the original Niebla, came back as Coliseo 2000 for a bit but then a new Coliseo 2000 Jr. came along around the same time and they decided to just call him Coliseo 2000 and this guy went to wrestle as Justiciero Vengadora so he is not the Coliseo 2000 we know.
