The RLL Regional Title is a professional wrestling championship promoted by Revolución Lucha Libre of Chile. This title was introduced on July 31, 2005 at Arena Revolucion of Santiago. This is the third in importance in RLL, just behind RLL Absoluto Title and GDT National Title.

Koyote is the current champion. He defeated Emilio, Funky Schop and Kid Boy on July 8, 2012 in Colegio Salesianos of Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile.
