At the age of he attended the Centro Social y Deportivo Pachuca in order to practice weightlifting and he met amateur wrestlers. He befriended with them and began his in ring training. He made his debut in a small Arena in Tulancingo on 1950 under the name of '''Lino Mayo'''. His second ring name was '''Roble Ocadiz'''. Francisco Flores gave him the opportunity to train at [[Arena La Afición]]. One day he was reading a book about the Ancient Egypht; he got the idea to create the character of '''Karis La Momia'''. Biography
Mario Gomez Najera was born in Pachuca, Hidalgo on October 22, 1930. At the age of he attended the Centro Social y Deportivo Pachuca in order to practice weightlifting and he met amateur wrestlers. He befriended with them and began his in ring training. He made his debut in a small Arena in Tulancingo on 1950 under the name of Lino Mayo. His second ring name was Roble Ocadiz.
