In 2016 Monster Clown and Murder Clown turned on Psycho Clown to join Pagano as rudos. The trio would go by the name Los Totalmente Traidores. Fellow clown Dave would join. Dr. Wagner Jr. who was in a feud with Psycho Clown also aligned with the clowns. By mid 2017, Pagano would turn tecnico and was kicked out of the group.
