Leono is a undercard tecnico in CMLL. He's a native of Puebla, and originally wrestled in Arena Puebla. He's one of a number of young wrestlers who were brought in as part of one of the Guapos U classes (in this case, the second), didn't win, but managed to stick with the Mexico City branch of the promotion in an early match role.

Leono is not related to any of the Leonos in Los Thundercats, though he does wear the Thundercats logo.
