When used as a submission: The wrestler applying the move will place his opponent sitting on the top turnbuckle and then trap him in the hold while walking around the ring.
When used as a regular move: The wrestler will set the move up the same way except rather than wait for his opponent to possibly give up, he will drop to his knees, thus injuring his opponent's neck.
