The LWA Maximo Championship is the major professional wrestling title promoted by Leader Wrestling Association of Peru. The championship was established in 2009.

Current Champion

Ian Muhlig is the current champion. He defeated TVK on April 4, 2014 in Auditorio VIPSE of Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru.
