The LLU Extreme Title is a professional wrestling championship promoted by Lucha Libre Unida.

Kaientai is the current champion. He defeating Lord Byron, Mortifero, Muerte Xtrema, Neurosis and Vertigo on April 30, 2011 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon at Lucha Por La Lectura event.

Lucha Libre Unida held a event "Lucha Por La Lectura" in April 30, 2011 at Gimnasio Nuevo Leon to impulse the lecture to the people in Nuevo Leon. In the main event of the night, Kaientai win a six way match involving Lord Byron, Mortifero, Muerte Xtrema, Neurosis and Vertigo, though there was not a "extreme match" because this show was to the children.
