A modified Inverted Gory Special Bomb but the attacker doesn't lock in the legs and dropped more into a driver than a powerbomb. The move is also known as the Kudo Driver and Kudome Valentine after it's name the Megumi Kudo. The Vertebreaker name comes from Hurricane Helms. One of the many US independent scene moves done by Aero Boy.
