IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship

The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship is a NJPW championship, and has been defended almost exclusively there.

Only one Mexican has ever won this championship: Juventud Guerrera, in a controversal match in WCW. Many IWGP Junior Heavyweight champions have toured Mexico.
