Reverse Suplexplex off the top rope
This move is commonly known known as the Guerrero Special. According to a video on CMLL's website posted in 2005, the Guerrero Special is the headscissors sleeper submission move popularlly known as the stretch muffler.
The reverse superplex Guerrero Special naming had been established for a few years, and the submission hold already had it's own name, so the name change has not caught on. 99% of the time, when "Guerrero Special" is referenced, it's a refernce to the move pictured above.
