Current Champion
Zeuxis, 2nd champion
Zeuxis is the current champion. She defeated Keyra on January 6, 2018 to win the championship.
History of the Championship
On September 11, 2017, at Gym Municipal in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Generación XXI held an elimination match to crown the their first Women's Champion. There was an elimination match in which Keyra became the first champion.
