The GDT National Championship was a professional wrestling championship promoted by Revolución Lucha Libre (RLL). It was established in 2008, and served as a secondary championship in the promotion behind the RLL Absoluto Championship. On December 8, 2014, the title was merged with the RLL Absoluto Championship to make way to the creation of RLL Undisputed Championship.

History of Championship

The GDT National Championship was introduced on September 14, 2008. The title was created in order to represent the promotion's new regular show called Guerra De Titanes. At the show, Coyote was crowned as the first champion by defeating Engranaje Jack, Pensacola, and Toro. On April 17, 2011 at Ambicion De Poder 2011, the GDT National Championship was unified with the RLL Absoluto Championship; both titles began to be defended together as RLL Undisputed Championship. However, on September 25, 2011, both titles were were splitted off again by RLL chairman Rafael Rodríguez after Koyote drew Perro Ramces in the finals of Survival Battle Match 2011. On November 4 at Raza De Campeones 2012, Mr. Original won a Three Way Match versus Engranaje Jack, and Tonny Little to win both this title, and the GLL Hatun Auqui Latin American Championship. Soon later, Mr. Original unmasked himself as Black Cambodian Warrior.

On December 8, 2014, the title was merged with the RLL Absoluto Championship to make way to the creation of RLL Undisputed Championship. Time later, the RLL Regional Championship was also merged into this title.
