  • As Gatonico he debuted Rey Misterio Jr. when he wrestled as Colibrí in a singles match on 1989. This fact is narrated in Rey Misterio's biography.
  • During the 90s he was part of Los X-Men trio in Tijuana. When the Trio disbanded he had a feud with Gambito which ended in a lucha de apuestas match.
  • Besides of his in ring career, he had helped promotions and organizing wrestling events.
  • He does not considers himself a trainer, however he advises and shares his vast experience to new generations at Gym Baja in Tijuana.
