A native of Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, began as a promoter of wrestling in Hermosillo, Sonora in the year 1998, founded the company "Soto Ramirez Promotions company, which noted in the State of Sonora performing functions wrestling and professional boxing.
He is the creator of the new concept of wrestling, and owns exclusive rights to the patent of the ring on two floors.
Is in year 2009 when DECIDE migrate to Mexico City to install the offices of the company EAW, and makes his presentation in May 2009 in the city of Zacatecas Mexico, has since been revolutionizing Wrestling in Mexico, through of important innovations, such as Fine's Ring, Ring the same two-story, the concept of extreme aerial Wrestling, a combination of traditional wrestling, flying from the second floor and more than 5 meters.

EL ES EL DIRECTOR DE EAW INTERNATIONAL, ES nativo de Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, comenzó como promotor de lucha libre en Hermosillo, Sonora. En en el año 1998 fundó la empresa "Promociones Soto Ramírez", en el Estado de Sonora realizo funciones de lucha libre y boxeo profesional.
Él es el creador del nuevo concepto de la lucha libre, y es propietario de los derechos exclusivos de la patente del ring de dos pisos.
Es en el año 2009, cuando DECIDE emigrar a la ciudad de México para instalar las oficinas de la empresa EAW, y hace su presentación en mayo de 2009 en la ciudad de Zacatecas México, desde entonces ha estado revolucionando LA Lucha Libre en México, a través de innovaciones importantes, como EL RING DE DOS PISOS ,el concepto de lucha aérea extrema, una combinación de la lucha libre tradicional, que vuelan desde el segundo piso y más de 5 metros de altura.
