Started promoting wrestling in [[Sonora]] in [[1998]] under the banner "Promociones Soto Ramirez". In [[2009]] Soto began promoting [http://www.eaw.com.mx/index.html EAW] with help from the Medina brothers (promoters of [[ENESMA]]) with [[Rossy Moreno]] handling the booking. It was Soto's idea to use 2 rings, one elevated to double the height of the second ring.

In 2009, he moved to Mexico City and formed EAW, which promotes shows based around it's two level ring. Soto says he owns the patent on the concept.
