Armscissors/armbar submission. Outside of Mexico, this was well seen as Perry Saturn's "the Rings of Saturn" finisher/pun. The nomenclature has semi-sarcastically stuck to point where other users of this hold will be said to be using "the Rings of Mascara Magica" (left).

A common tecnico/submission expert hold, and usually a fall ender.
