Chicali Wrestling Entertainment or CWE is a lucha libre project based in Baja California headed by Skalibur. It started on August 2020. Its objective is support local talent in Baja California. Its top priority is lucha libre, it includes a bit of entertainment. CWE looks to present storylines to keep the fans' attention with good quality matches and some comedy. Another priority is bringing talent from Baja California to all cellphones screens all over Mexico to make them known to new fans and even promoters. Their events had been transmitted from Mexicali, Tijuana, San Luis Rio Colorado, and surrounding areas every two weeks.
