Well regarded técnico from Arena Neza. There is a story about his rivalry with the notorious Destino Negro. In 1980s both were involved in a hair versus hair match. Arturo Cruz was well known for being a great wrestler. Destino Negro on the other hand, is remembered as wrestler with a lack of skills. In that match the unthinkable happened, Destino Negro won in two falls! The crowd were really unhappy about the result and they riot. In order to avoid and cause any more damages in the building, Arturo Cruz was indulted and there was a rescheduled rematch on the following week in which Arturo won and everyone was happy about it.
