Current Champion
Baby Star is the first and current Champion. She won the title in the Torneo Frontera de Campeonas (Frontier of Champions Tournament) on September 25, 2022 in Gran Plaza Juan Gabriel, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
History of Championship
Introduced on September 25, 2022 in the first Lucha Libre Festival of Ciudad Juarez. Among the matches announced there was a womens tournament in which Baby Star, Divina, Zafiro, Universis, Venus, Sayuri, Lady Diamond, Crazy Candela, Lady Candy, Miss Kath, Little Star, and La Felina.
