The IWC Mini's | The IWC World Mini's Championship was created on [[1994]].[[03.12]] by Ron Skoler who used the IWC name to promote AAA shows in the United States. When Pena and Skoler had a falling out, Pena decided to have all the IWC Champions at the time lose their belts to his National champions, thus unifying the belts. When Pena and Skoler had a falling out, Pena decided to have all the IWC Champions at the time lose their belts to his National champions, thus unifying the belts.
