The Ciudad Juarez Absolute Women's Championship is a city title which is defended in Ciudad Juarez.

Baby Star is the first and current Champion. She won the title in the Torneo Frontera de Campeonas (Frontier of Champions Tournament) on September 25, 2022 in Gran Plaza Juan Gabriel, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
